It's a bit unclear whether this is a single work. There seems to be an older danzón "Macorina pon pon" which already has the "pon me la mano aquí". Which is possibly referenced in the poem, and then put to music by Chavela Vargas. It's unclear where to put Abelardo Barroso's 1950's recording relative to that.
